Welcome to Cottonwood Hills Condominiums! We are a beautiful community with quaint brick buildings surrounded by lush grass and mature trees.  There are 136 units quietly nestled in the heart of the Wasatch on the North East side of the City of Sandy. Built in 1978, our amenities include a tennis court, a sand volleyball court, a basketball court, a playground and an outdoor swimming pool.

With the Cottonwood Hills Association online, residents have access to a wealth of website services and the opportunity to submit work orders, make clubhouse reservations, share ideas and information, get news and announcements,  access an online resource center for important association documents and forms, and much more.
